Question #6
From your perspective, what does the recruitment process typically look like for junior or assistant business psychology roles?
Answer:
In all honesty, this can vary depending on the area you are applying for. I have had times when I have had one interview and then found out if I was successful, and then other experiences which had 4 different stages, psychometric assessments, multiple interviews and even assessment centres. It really does depend on the organisation and how big they are as there may be more stages to the recruitment.
