Question #3
How can early-career practitioners develop credibility and confidence when working with senior leaders or client who may be skeptical of psychology-led approaches?
Answer:
Experience! Confidence and credibility comes from experience mostly. And when you know what you’re talking about and have experiences to back it up, you can easily argue your position to skeptical leaders.
Also, know your audience. Sometimes they might not care about the theory and evidence-based nature of our work, only how it affects them in their work or financially.
