Question #2

What trends in business psychology do you think aspiring business psychologists should be paying attention to right now?

Answer:

I honestly think the biggest trend right now is the increased use of AI, this is changing the way occupational psychologists work, but also how organisations and clients are working. I am currently working within the world of neurodiversity and many clients are using AI to support themselves in their roles, such as note-taking and supporting with communication. I think that AI is going transform how occupational psychologists work with organisations and their clients, but also will impact and change how we work as practitioners.
