Question #11
Is it possible to take an active role in people-related or leadership responsibilities without formally working in an HR department? If so, how?
Answer:
It very much is! Consulting allows you to play an active role in people-related and leadership roles, minus the formal working environment. The advantage of consulting is that you are exposed to various industries and the technicalities of their workplace culture, without the commitment. With a psychology degree, you will already have some insight into behavior like motivation, satisfaction, engagement, among others, which are very essential in work spaces.
